Team Building Events

No matter the size of your team, we have an awesome experience that is perfect for you. Our events make great holiday parties, team building and staff appreciation. They help to lift moral, lower stress and build teamwork.

Specialty Parties

Our private party room can seat up to 24 guests, while our main room can seat up to 50. We work with groups of all sizes and we work with you to plan the perfect event for your staff. All parties are welcome to bring food or catering. We are a BYOB studio so you are also welcome to bring drinks/alcohol. Our parties are typically two hours but more time can be added. You also get 30 minutes before your party to set up. Our Instructors/Party hosts are fun, friendly and here to help. Check out our fun team building options below.

Classic Paint & Sip

Price: $37 per painter

Our classic paint parties are a ton of fun and is a great stress reliever. Allows everyone to paint, sip, chat and relax during a great two hour event.

​

HOW IT WORKS

This is our typical paint and sip style paint party. You pick one painting from our gallery for your group to paint and our awesome instructor paints along and guides everyone step-by-step.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks. Catering/food deliveries are also welcomed.

Canvas Swap

Price: $37 per painter

Our Canvas Swap party makes for a great team building experience. Build trust and problem solving when we switch canvases every 10 minutes!

​

HOW IT WORKS

You pick one painting from our gallery for your group to paint and our awesome instructor paints along and guides everyone step-by-step. But wait, we're going to switch it up on you! Every 10 minutes, we switch chairs and move to a new canvas. By the end, your painting will have artwork from each of your team members. The canvas you end up at, you keep! Makes for a lot of laughter.

Mystery Art

Price: $37 per painter

​

What are we painting? No one knows but the instructor! Builds trust, helps to release some control and test listening skills.

HOW IT WORKS

You pick one painting from our gallery for your group to paint, but don't tell them what it is! Only you and our Instructor will know what painting you have chosen for your group. We will give everyone step-by-step instructions as we paint along. It is amazing to see how each painting turns out. Once we are done, we reveal the Mystery painting and see how everyone did.

How do I book?

Once you have decided when to have your party (and we know you want to celebrate with us!) fill out our Party Request Form, call us at 682-231-3450 or reach us by email at hello@getloadedbrushes.comWe do require a $100 deposit to secure your time and date. Deposit is refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage done. We require a minimum of 10 guests to book a private event (different for specialty parties). Smaller groups may be accommodated depending on days, times, and availability. Additional time can be added to your party for an additional fee. If you would like an additional hour to include time for gifts, meetings etc., cost is $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. For a three hour paint party, where the painting requires three hours of instruction, the cost is $45 per painter with the minimum of 10 painters. All parties must be paid in full 48 hours before your event time. No refunds will be given for no show painters - as we put out all supplies before you arrive.

Do I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage is done. If your party runs over the scheduled time, there will be a charge of $50 for the first 30 mins, $100 for an hour taken from the deposit. Please ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start. This helps us start your party on time and stay on schedule. If there is another party scheduled after yours, we must end on time. Our paintings and parties are designed to give you and your guests time to eat, drink, paint and celebrate within the scheduled two hours. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up food/drinks and decorate. Your guests are welcomed to arrive any time within that 30 minute window as well. We must start all parties no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Late guests are still welcome, we will do our best to catch them up but we can not guarantee they will have time to finish their paintings.
