Classic Paint & Sip
Price: $29-$40 per painter

Our classic paint parties are a ton of fun for kids of all ages. We have a great selection of paintings for you to choose from and many are customizable. We have two canvas size options. 12"x12" canvases are recommended for our younger guests. Pricing is $29 per painter. Our larger 16"x20" canvases are great for older kids and teens. Pricing is $35 per painter. Make it a blacklight party for just $5 more!

You are welcome to bring food and drinks. Catering/food deliveries are also welcomed.

HOW IT WORKS
Each of your guests will get to pick their own 3 colors to create their own abstract masterpiece on a 12"x12" canvas.

Choose regular paint or Black light paint.

This is a great party option for kids. It is more of a free form class with less instruction and gives more time for cake and presents.

* Please note, the paint takes 24 hours to dry. Art can be left to pick up another day, or take it with you.

Give your kid one of the coolest parties ever. Our amazing Glow Parties are great for kids of all ages! Hosted in our party room with light up chairs, everything glows. We have a great selection of blacklight paintings for you to choose from. Pick one painting for your party and we are there to guide you step-by-step. We use fluorescent paints and the room is lit with black lights so your paintings glow as we create them. Have your guests dress in neon colors so they glow too!

Our great artist will spend some time painting everyone's faces for an even more fun and interactive experience. Available for all paint party options. Pricing depends on the number of guests, but starts at $150.

How do I book?
Once you have decided when to have your party (and we know you want to celebrate with us!) fill out our Party Request Form, call us at 682-231-3450 or reach us by email at hello@getloadedbrushes.com. We do require a $100 deposit to secure your time and date. Deposit is refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage done. We require a minimum of 10 guests to book a private event (different for specialty parties). Smaller groups may be accommodated depending on days, times, and availability. Additional time can be added to your party for an additional fee. If you would like an additional hour to include time for gifts, meetings etc., cost is $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. For a three hour paint party, where the painting requires three hours of instruction, the cost is $45 per painter with the minimum of 10 painters.

Do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage is done. If your party runs over the scheduled time, there will be a charge of $50 for the first 30 mins, $100 for an hour taken from the deposit. Please ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start. This helps us start your party on time and stay on schedule. If there is another party scheduled after yours, we must end on time. Our paintings and parties are designed to give you and your guests time to eat, drink, paint and celebrate within the scheduled two hours. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up food/drinks and decorate. Your guests are welcomed to arrive any time within that 30 minute window as well. We must start all parties no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Late guests are still welcome, we will do our best to catch them up but we can not guarantee they will have time to finish their paintings.
