Paint takes 24 hours to dry. Art can be left to pick up another day, or take it with you.

We don't mind getting a little more paint on the floor and our instructors are great with kids. You are welcome to decorate, bring food, drinks and cake. No need for party favors, because the kids get to take home their work of art! You pick the painting, or we can create something special for a personalized touch.
Our smaller 12"x12" canvases are recommended for our younger guests and/or if you want non-painting time for cake and presents. Kids party times start at 10am, all are 2 hour time frames, last time slot for kids is 4pm (party must be wrapped by 6pm)
Kids Parties!
Make your kids birthday one to remember! Let them get creative and create their own work of art. We provide all the paint supplies and take care of the mess.
Specialty Parties!
Want to book your own Paint Your Pet party? You can! You can even paint your personalized Bitmoji! We sketch it, YOU Paint it!
OR, maybe you want your guests to choose their own individual painting. Our open paint style party is a great option.

Minimum of 8 guests for a private event, Everyone must be paid for before we sketch your portraits.
HOW IT WORKS
Once your party is booked, your guests send us their favorite pet photo or bitmoji image and we sketch them out for you ahead of time! No experience is necessary. We guide everyone step-by-step through creating their portrait. This is a 3-hour party. Pet portraits are on Standard 16"x20" canvas (kids option is on a 12"x12" canvas), Bitmojis are on 12"x12" canvas.
Open Paint Style Party: $350 + $35 open paint fee (covers up to 10 guests)
11 - 20 guests is $35 per painter + $70 fee for required additional instructor.
Because many of our paintings require pre-sketches, ALL guests must be paid for 72 hours before your party date.
HOW IT WORKS
Each of your guests will get to pick their own painting! Choose any two hour painting from our gallery. Paintings must be chosen ahead of time so we can set up for each person before you arrive. Instructors will guide everyone through each of their paintings. Additional instructor is required for every 10 guests.
How do I book?
Once you have decided when to have your party (and we know you want to celebrate with us!) fill out our Party Request Form, call us at 682-231-3450 or reach us by email at hello@getloadedbrushes.com. We do require a $100 deposit to secure your time and date. Deposit is refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage done. We require a minimum of 10 guests to book a private event (different for specialty parties). Smaller groups may be accommodated depending on days, times, and availability. Additional time can be added to your party for an additional fee. $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour.
Our studio is different than other paint studios and we have a ton of fun. We would love to host your event and will work with you to find the best option. Come see why we are a different kind of paint party experience!

Do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage is done. If your party runs over the scheduled time, there will be a charge of $50 for the first 30 mins, $100 for an hour taken from the deposit. Please ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start. This helps us start your party on time and stay on schedule. If there is another party scheduled after yours, we must end on time. Our paintings and parties are designed to give you and your guests time to eat, drink, paint and celebrate within the scheduled two hours. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up food/drinks and decorate. Your guests are welcomed to arrive any time within that 30 minute window as well. We must start all parties no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Late guests are still welcome, we will do our best to catch them up but we can not guarantee they will have time to finish their paintings.

We host parties any day of the week, start as early as 10am and as late as 7pm. Contact us for available times. Prices range from $29 to $50 per painter, depending on the options you choose. Check out our party options below for pricing. Extra time is available for an additional cost.
